In this hands-on cooking class with Elisha, you'll learn to create a delicious and easy weeknight meal. The evening will start with an appetizer of creamy sweet potato soup perfect for the season. Then jump into making the main course featuring smoky bacon-wrapped chicken thighs served with roasted carrots, broccoli, and sautéed onions over a bed of fresh arugula, all drizzled with a tangy lemon-tahini sauce. For dessert you'll indulge in a rich, vegan chocolate pot de crème that's as decadent as it is dairy-free. Our expert instructor will guide you through each step, sharing tips and techniques to enhance your cooking skills and help you create a meal that’s both comforting and full of vibrant flavors. Tickets are priced per person. Recipes will be provided.

Hi, I’m Elisha! Despite having Hashimoto’s, I have learned how to live a yummy and vibrant life without gluten, grains, or dairy. I live in the Ozarks with my beautiful family.
