Upon arrival there will be gnocchi fritto to enjoy as an appetizer. In this hands-on experience, you'll learn the art of crafting Strozzapreti pasta from scratch, perfecting its unique twist. To complement your homemade pasta you will be making a tantalizing sauce featuring red wine, crispy pancetta, Swiss chard, and the rich flavors of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
