Join David and the HKS staff for a flavorful cooking class where he’ll take you on a journey through delicious Asian-inspired dishes! We’ll begin with a light and fresh appetizer of lettuce shrimp wraps, featuring tender shrimp wrapped in crisp lettuce and paired with a tasty dipping sauce. Then, you’ll dive into the main event—learning how to make crispy, tangy orange chicken, served alongside stir-fried rice noodles packed with veggies and savory flavors. To round out the meal, we’ll make Taiwanese onion pancakes, golden and crispy, with a flavorful dipping sauce to complement every bite. This hands-on class is all about balancing bold flavors, mastering essential cooking techniques, and having fun while creating a delicious spread. Perfect for anyone looking to expand their culinary repertoire—come hungry and ready to cook! Recipes included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

David Prewett grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. Having developed a love for cooking from his mom at the age of five, he has been diving into the culinary landscape ever since. He graduated with his masters degree in nutrition.  Specializing in scratch cooking and a variety of cuisines with emphasis in Italian, Asian and of course southern comfort food. He looks forward to taking you on a exciting culinary adventure full of laughter, amazing food, and great conversation.  Bon Appetite!
