Join Chef Graham for the second edition of his popular sandwich class where you’ll kick things off with a tasty appetizer of mini Hasselback potatoes, perfectly crispy and tender. The main event features the irresistible French onion Reuben, a savory twist on a classic with sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and tender corned beef, all served on the perfect bread. Alongside, you’ll prepare a fresh and vibrant local greenhouse salad topped with a creamy and herbaceous green goddess dressing. MEET THE CHEF:
Graham Sloter, currently the sous chef at Heirloom at the 1907, found his passion for cooking in his childhood, inspired by his mother’s time in the kitchen. After training at Brightwater Culinary School and working under Chef Matt Cooper, Graham is now studying organic farming at the Center of Arkansas Food and Farms (CAFF). He’s excited to share his love for simple, ingredient-focused cooking with you.
