Join us for a seasonal cooking class with Chef Erin where you'll create a vibrant, spring-inspired menu. The evening will start with a seasonal appetizer then you will dive into making a roasted salmon with a zesty green herb sauce. You will also be making a savory asparagus tart with delicious ribbons of asparagus cooked into puff pastry. There will also be a refreshing lemon and thyme bars for the perfect sweet finish. This hands-on class is designed to help you master these fresh, flavorful dishes using seasonal ingredients while learning new techniques and tips to elevate your home cooking. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, you'll leave with a set of recipes and the skills to recreate these delicious dishes all season long! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
