Chef Angela Korbe is popping to the HKS Kitchen ready to make more boo-tiful treats that are so good it’s scary. In this hands-on class, you’ll be guided through the process of making pastry dough, fillings, and frosting to elevate your pop tart game so you can ditch store-bought toaster pastries. After you roll up your sleeves and roll out the dough, you’ll make “booberry” lemon filling for a ghost-shaped pop tart and learn to make mummy-shaped tarts with a spiced apple filling. Get ready for a fun and tasty time learning chef’s tips and tricks on making these tasty treats. Light snacks will be served. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 12+ to attend.
