with David Prewett of Honeycomb Kitchen
Meet Chef David in the HKS Kitchen to discover the delicious secrets of longevity in this Blue Zone–inspired cooking class, featuring vibrant Mediterranean flavors rooted in health and tradition. You’ll begin your tasty journey sipping on a refreshing Metaxa sunrise cocktail and noshing on a light appetizer of creamy tzatziki and tangy whipped feta served with warm, toasted pita. For the main course, you’ll learn to make moussaka – a wholesome layered eggplant "lasagna" rich in flavor and packed with plant-forward goodness. Then, for a tasty side dish, you’ll make crispy and savory Kolokithokeftedes, zucchini fritters packed with feta and fresh herbs. And you’ll finish your nourishing culinary journey with a chef-made treat of golden, honey-drizzled Loukoumades—Greek fried dough bites. Come try your hand at hearty and healthy dishes from the Blue Zone. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
