Join chef and comedian Shaan Coppola in the HKS Kitchen while he serves up a whole lot of cooking with a little side of comedy. The evening kicks off with perfect-for-summer appetizer bites – sweet watermelon jam with creamy feta and fresh mint on crisp toast points. Next, you’ll make the headliner – a flavor-filled charred corn salad and shrimp tacos to enjoy with zesty cilantro lime rice. Throughout the evening, chef will be serving up cooking advice and comedy. Whether you’re in it for the flavors or the funny, this class will serve up good vibes, great bites, and plenty of belly laughs. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Shaan Choppala is the founder of Cajindian Cuisine. He grew up eating homemade South Indian curry and started his business to make it possible for anyone to experience authentic Indian food at home. His sauce has 15 spices and herbs, is gluten-free, and has the right balance of heat. He cannot wait to share the experience of eating South Indian curry with you!
