Chef Helen is coming to transform the HKS Kitchen into a cozy Parisian bistro with a French-inspired cooking class featuring timeless, comforting dishes. You’ll start the evening with a sparkling French 75 cocktail as you enjoy a crisp green salad with classic French vinaigrette, prepared by the chef. Then, you’ll get to work cooking up a menu centered around Georgette’s Roast Chicken with a rich brown butter sauce paired with silky creamed potatoes and savory Provençal tomatoes – an homage to a beloved Paris bistro. MEET THE CHEF:

Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger. You can follow Helen on Instagram @helenstable.
