with Seth Barber
Get ready to dive into the bold, vibrant flavors of Mexican street food with Chef Seth in the HKS Kitchen. Your evening will start with a zesty coctel de cameron (shrimp cocktail) and a refreshing Mexican lager with a squeeze of lime in a Tajín-rimmed glass. Then you'll learn to make salsa de calabacita, a smooth salsa enriched with fresh summer squash, to pair with chicken tinga verde tacos – tender shredded chicken braised in a flavorful green tinga sauce served in warm tortillas and topped with crisp green cabbage, queso fresco, and a touch of finishing salt. You’ll also make elote, slathered in a zesty garlic-lime mayonesa and sprinkled with queso fresco, Tajín, and fresh cilantro. This is much more than just a class. It's a festive, flavor-packed celebration of authentic street food you won’t want to miss. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
