Join Chef Amelia in the HKS Kitchen to celebrate the cozy flavors of fall as you step up your homemade pasta-making game. You’ll be welcomed to this fall-inspired feast with a rich, earthy mushroom crostini to whet your appetite along with an autumnal mule to quench your thirst. Then, you'll learn to make pillowy butternut squash gnocchi from scratch, tossed in a fragrant brown butter sage sauce and served alongside a crisp shaved salad finished with a savory, vinegary dressing. The evening will end with a seasonal dessert bite from Chef Amelia—small, sweet, and totally satisfying. If you haven’t taken our Pasta 101 class, you are welcome to sign up for this class. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.

MEET THE CHEF:
Growing up in a food-centric family, Amelia Holaday learned the value of community and shared meals early on. This fostered a love for flavors and all things hosting, eventually leading her to open her own restaurant, which operated for several years as a creperie and specialty coffeeshop. During this time Amelia deepened her passion for building connections through food, and found a great amount of fulfillment providing a space for underrepresented communities to gather.
