Chef Kristin Dodier is heading back into the HKS Kitchen with a fresh menu of flavorful dishes ideal for suppertime. As your evening begins, you’ll be served a colorful appetizer of antipasto skewers loaded with a variety of savory bites. Then you’ll be making the hearty main course – tender spaghetti squash paired with green goddess chicken meatballs and mushrooms. To finish on a sweet note, you’ll whip up a creamy no-bake cheesecake filling and build your dessert using pre-baked mini pie crusts, fresh berries, and homemade whipped cream for a dessert that’s as fun to make as it is to eat. From the first bite to the last, these dishes are sure to please your plates and your palate. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Kristin is a recent newcomer to Arkansas, having spent most of her life in Southern California. She has always had a deep passion for cooking but only recently discovered that she could blend this love with her artistic creativity. In 2023, Kristin took a leap of faith and launched her home-based cottage bakery, Kristin’s Kitchen. Since then, she has been thriving, selling her creations at local farmers markets and collaborating with other small businesses in the area. Kristin is excited to continue sharing her passion and culinary skills with the community, and she’s thrilled to be partnering with HKS!
