To kick off the evening's culinary adventure, Chef Shaan will be making his delectable samosas and warm chai for an appetizer. Then, it's time to roll up your sleeves and dive into the hands-on portion of the class where you’ll learn the art of crafting comforting dahl and raita and tomato chutney, dishes that will complement your chicken curry and layer on irresistible flavor and texture along with Chef Shaan’s coconut rice. MEET THE CHEF:

My name is Shaan Choppala, I’m the founder of Cajindian Cuisine. I grew up eating homemade South Indian curry, and I started my business to make it possible for anyone to experience authentic Indian food at home. My sauce has 15 spices and herbs, is gluten free, and has the right balance of heat. I can’t wait to share this experience with you!
