Step into the HKS Kitchen with Addie Hayes for a whimsical, slightly eerie world of flavor with our Edward Scissorhands-inspired cooking class—where bold creativity meets deliciously unexpected twists. We'll set the mood with sips of Edward’s lemonade, a moody, boozy spin on an amaretto sour with a refreshing citrus bite, and hauntingly beautiful Korean-style deviled eggs. Then you’ll focus on your own hands-on creations of sticky-sweet, slightly spicy Kim's glazed pork and green onion street kabobs and Peg's pillowy cream cheese-stuffed garlic glazed buns. For dessert, you’ll craft The Inventor's hwachae—a dreamy Korean fruit salad bursting with melons, berries, and a creamy finish. If cutting-edge culinary creativity is your thing, this is the class for you. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.
