Raise a stein! Chef Patrick Lane is coming to the HKS Kitchen to teach you how to make hearty German bar food. To start, you’ll enjoy a classic appetizer of crusty bread topped with speck ham and a punchy apple, mustard, and onion slaw that balances smoky and tangy notes. Then, you’ll learn how to make the main course – a crispy, golden schnitzel with creamy avocado and fresh lemon – and a refreshing cucumber salad side dish. And, of course, we'll have a German beer available for you to try. It’s a fun, flavor-packed evening celebrating the rustic charm of German beer garden grub, no passport required. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.
