with Seth Barber

Join Chef Seth for a delightful parfait-making class, where you'll begin with two flavorful appetizers: white cheddar poblano cheese crostini, offering a perfect balance of creamy and spicy, and avocado-green goddess cucumber and pepper cups, fresh and zesty bites to awaken your taste buds. Then dive into crafting a homemade cashew and coconut granola, full of crunchy textures and rich flavors. Next, learn the art of chai-poached pears infused with warm spices, and top it all off with a luscious mascarpone whip. At the end of the class you’ll create your own parfait masterpiece, layering all these delicious elements into a sweet and satisfying treat to enjoy! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
