Join us for a lively cooking class that celebrates bold flavors with a touch of Aleppo! You'll be greeted with a delightful appetizer of Aleppo-dusted cauliflower steaks served with creamy Aleppo hummus and warm naan bread—a perfect introduction to the unique flavors of this versatile spice. Next, get hands-on as you prepare grilled shrimp paired with rich Aleppo risotto. Then, you will make your own homemade Aleppo chili oil to take home. To keep the fun flowing, enjoy a complimentary 3 Sisters spicy margarita, Helen's specialty that perfectly complements the dish you’ll create. This class promises a delicious and interactive experience for all skill levels, so come ready to cook, taste, and enjoy! Tickets are priced per person. Recipes will be provided.
**All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.**
