Cozy up to the flavors of fall in the HKS Kitchen. Chef Kevin Quinn has cooked up a menu packed with essential fall ingredients – pumpkin spice, cider, turkey, sweet potatoes, and more – creating a seasonal menu that’s both comforting and full of autumnal flair. To whet your appetite, you’ll begin the evening with an appetizer of warm, savory caramelized onion and bacon amuse and sips of pumpkin spice White Russian. For the main course, you’ll make tender cider-glazed turkey thighs, and you’ll prepare two irresistible complementary sides – perfectly roasted sweet potatoes and a crisp, refreshing shaved Brussels sprout salad. And you'll get to enjoy a special wine pairing to complement your meal. Come experience your favorite fall flavors in a delicious new way. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. MEET THE CHEF:
Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has a LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well-known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
