Enjoy all the flavors of fall? Make plans to join Chef Alanna Gergel in the HKS Kitchen for this cooking class that celebrates the season with a variety of treats and eats! To start, you’ll enjoy chef's pumpkin crème brûlée dessert first and torch its sugared top to crunchy, caramelized perfection as you sip on spiced mulled cider. Then you’ll dive into the hands-on portion of the evening. During class, you’ll make a golden pork and apple sausage roll, bake nutmeg-ginger apple snaps for a crisp, fragrant bite, and mix up a batch of decadent maple browned butter crisped rice treats—a fun, nostalgic dessert elevated with rich autumn flavors. This class has something for everyone so we hope you will join us. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.

Alanna Gergel is a passionate baker with a love for all things sweet. Specializing in decadent desserts, baked goods, and creative treats, she believes baking should be fun, approachable, and full of flavor. With her background in professional baking for over seven years and a creative eye from her design work, Alanna brings an artistic twist to every dessert she makes and teaches. Her classes are hands-on, welcoming, and designed to help you feel confident creating desserts worth sharing (and definitely worth eating!).
