with Chef Maudie Schmitt of Cafe Rue Orleans
Chef Maudie Schmitt is heading back into the HKS Kitchen to spice up your evening with a cooking class full of bold Cajun flavors and Southern charm! To set the tone, the evening will start with a savory Cajun meat and cheese appetizer plate loaded with smoky, spicy favorites. Then, you’ll roll up your sleeves and cook up a pot of the main attraction – a rich and hearty chicken and sausage gumbo. While that’s simmering to perfection, you’ll mix up a creamy, zesty Cajun potato salad side dish. To experience a Louisiana-inspired feast that’s as comforting as it is flavorful, be sure to join us. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
