with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table
Chef Helen Lampkin is sailing back into the HKS Kitchen with another fish-filled menu you’re sure to love. This class menu brings on bright flavors and comforting classics in the most delicious combinations. The evening will begin with a chef-prepared lemon artichoke dip served with crisp pita chips. Then you’ll embark upon your cooking adventure! For the main course, you’ll be making a crispy fish sandwich with zesty tomato tartar sauce to serve on a soft potato roll. Plus, you’ll make two irresistible sides to pair with it – a fresh poblano and green cabbage slaw and a roasted red potato salad with creamy vinaigrette. To finish, Chef Helen will treat you to one of her sweet caramels, rounding out a menu that’s fun, flavorful, and satisfying from start to finish. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
