In this cooking class led by Chef Becky Miller, you’ll begin with an appetizer of tender, marinated chicken satay served with a zesty dipping sauce. Then, you’ll move on to crafting a fragrant shrimp green curry rich with herbs, spices, and creamy coconut milk. To complete the meal, you’ll whip up a sweet and satisfying Thai sticky rice with banana that perfectly balances tropical sweetness with a hint of natural coconut flavor. With a menu that’s as flavorful as it is nourishing, this wholesome, allergy-friendly (gluten-free and dairy-free) feast is one you won’t want to miss. Recipes will be provided.
