Start with a charcuterie appetizer, featuring an assortment of meats, cheeses, and fruits to set the stage for your tasting. Next, learn to brew coffee French press style, perfecting your technique to bring out the unique notes of the beans. As you sip your freshly brewed coffee, enjoy a curated selection of chocolates and fruits that enhance each cup's flavor profile. You'll also mix up a refreshing espresso martini mocktail to complement the tasting experience. To round out the class, you'll make melt-in-your-mouth butter swim biscuits—a perfect pairing for your coffee. This hands-on class is ideal for coffee lovers, those new to brewing, and anyone looking to enjoy delicious flavors in a fun, interactive setting. Tickets are priced per person. MEET THE INSTRUCTOR: 

Cyrenthia -With over a decade of professional experience in the coffee industry, Cyrenthia also known as Ren, has cultivated her expertise. Her journey includes national competition in the Specialty Coffee Association's Coffee in Good Spirits, a coffee-based cocktail competition, which ignited her passion for cocktail creation. The proud author of the cocktail recipe book "Dirty Barista," Cyrenthia seamlessly blends her love for music with the art of drink making. She is currently finishing her second recipe book "Ren's Cocktail Bible" a growing collection of Ren's Cocktail Creations and Favorite cocktails, mocktails, coffee cocktails, syrups, and more.
