Join Addie in the HKS kitchen for a culinary adventure where you'll begin with a delightful "one-bite" charcuterie, a perfect mini bite of savory meats, cheeses, and accompaniments to whet your appetite. Next, learn the art of butter-poached radishes served with creamy whipped goat cheese on crispy baguette slices—a perfect balance of rich and tangy flavors. Then you'll move on to crafting a vibrant beet pesto pasta, a beautiful and earthy dish that will impress any guest. Finally, we'll end on a sweet note with a no-bake chocolate and raspberry cheesecake- rich, smooth, and perfect for dessert. This hands-on class is packed with techniques and flavors that will elevate your cooking game! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Addie Hayes works part-time at The Odd Soul kitchen in Downtown Springdale. She has significant experience in catering and curating specialty menus for small groups. She loves cocktails and food pairings, and all things flavor! Born and raised in the south, she was influenced by so many good cooks throughout her life. Addie operates Fatty Addie’s on the side. You can find her at big market pop-ups or smaller pop-ups in partnership with local stores. She handles special orders and is always happy to chat about what someone will need for bridal showers, birthday parties, or just fun, friendly get-togethers. She also dabbles in gluten-free and vegan baking. When she’s not cooking, she enjoys spending time outside in her garden, hanging out with friends, or visiting family. Addie certainly knows how to have a good time!
