We’ll begin with savory bites, starting with golden sausage rolls paired with a tangy mustard hollandaise—an irresistible start to your tea experience. Then, you’ll create classic Coronation chicken sandwiches and elegant smoked salmon bites with herbed cream cheese, perfect for any afternoon gathering. For the sweet treats, there will be traditional fat rascals and a light and refreshing Eton mess, a quintessential English dessert. Of course, no afternoon tea is complete without a variety of perfectly brewed teas to sip while you enjoy your creations. This class is all about indulging in delicious food, learning new skills, and embracing the relaxed, social tradition of afternoon tea. Don’t miss out on this fun and flavorful experience! Tickets are priced per person. Recipes will be provided.
