Ready to ring in 2025? Join Helen and the HKS staff for a refreshing and vibrant cooking class that celebrates the delightful flavors of black-eyed peas! Then, dive into the hands-on portion where you’ll learn to create savory black-eyed pea cakes accompanied by a zesty spicy tomato jam bursting with flavor! Next, you’ll craft delicious black-eyed pea and roasted carrot tostadas, combining earthy and sweet flavors for a unique twist on traditional tostadas.
