Get ready for a fun and flavorful journey into Southern cuisine with Chef Kevin in this hands-on cooking class! We’ll kick things off with a taste of New Orleans, starting with NOLA BBQ shrimp served with a classic Sazerac cocktail to set the mood. Then, roll up your sleeves for the main event: chicken-fried pork chops with rich, creamy white gravy—comfort food at its finest. Your main dish will be accompanied by perfectly seasoned Southern collard greens, and for dessert, we’ll end the night on a sweet note with a warm, homemade peach cobbler. This class is a celebration of Southern flavors and traditions, offering both delicious recipes and hands-on techniques you can recreate at home. Come hungry and leave with a meal to remember! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has A LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion, and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
