Class will begin with a classic Kir Royal cocktail paired with delicate salmon rillettes and warm, cheesy gougères—an irresistible appetizer trio. Then, for a show-stopping main course, you’ll learn to prepare snapper en papillote, infused with the rich, aromatic flavors of bouillabaisse. On the side, we’ll create a hearty yet refined Lentil du Puy and arugula salad, bringing earthiness and brightness to your plate. Perfect for anyone craving a taste of Provence! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has a LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well-known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
