Come this Monday, everything will be all right! Join Amy and other fruitcakes in the HKS kitchen for a Jimmy Buffett-inspired evening celebrating Parrotheads, pirates, and hula girls at heart. As you cruise into class, you’ll be met with a Landshark beergarita and hearty helping of cheeseburger in paradise dip. Once you have your license to chill, you’ll be living it up making margarita chicken tacos with sweet jalapeño margarita salsa and a grapefruit salad with honey-lime dressing to enjoy along with it. Then, before you end your lovely cruise you’ll indulge in a key lime pie dessert dip. Flip-flops, Hawaiian shirts, and grass skirts aren’t required, but they are encouraged to keep the party going. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
When she was just 18 months old, Amy’s mom woke up to find her in the kitchen “making” cupcakes. Amy was on the right track – pouring dry cake mix into cupcake wrappers she had placed in a muffin tin – but she still had lots to master. And that’s exactly what she did.
Amy’s kitchen now houses an eclectic collection of goodies she’s gathered during 20+ years of working with food-related retailers, categories, and brands. Her weaknesses for Fiesta dinnerware, mixing bowl sets, vintage kitchenware, and cookbooks are prominently displayed there for all the world to see.
