with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table
Get ready for a delicious and festive cooking experience with Helen for her second supper club class! We’ll start with a fun twist on a classic appetizer—strawberry guacamole and chips, combining fresh fruit with creamy avocado for a unique flavor explosion. Then, roll up your sleeves and learn how to make savory cheese enchiladas with rich chile gravy and crispy crunchy beef tacos, served alongside flavorful refried beans and fragrant cilantro lime rice. To cap off the meal, indulge in warm, golden sopapillas drizzled with honey for a sweet finish. It’s a celebration of bold flavors and comforting favorites in this hands-on class! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.
