Join David for a vibrant culinary journey through Southeast Asia, where you'll explore bold flavors and classic dishes from the region. Upon arrival there will be delicious baked hoisin sauce wings paired with a refreshing Singapore sling cocktail. Chef will then guide you through making Malaysian twice-cooked chicken, tender and packed with aromatic spices, alongside a savory stir-fried medley of mushrooms and bamboo shoots. With each dish, you'll dive into the techniques and flavors that define Southeast Asian cuisine, creating a meal that is as rich in history as it is in taste! Recipes included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

David Prewett grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. Having developed a love for cooking from his mom at the age of five, he has been diving into the culinary landscape ever since. He graduated with his masters degree in nutrition.  Specializing in scratch cooking and a variety of cuisines with emphasis in Italian, Asian and of course southern comfort food. He looks forward to taking you on a exciting culinary adventure full of laughter, amazing food, and great conversation.  Bon Appetite!
