Upon arrival there will be delicious baked hoisin sauce wings paired with a refreshing Singapore sling cocktail. Chef will then guide you through making Malaysian twice-cooked chicken, tender and packed with aromatic spices, alongside a savory stir-fried medley of mushrooms and bamboo shoots. With each dish, you'll dive into the techniques and flavors that define Southeast Asian cuisine, creating a meal that is as rich in history as it is in taste! Recipes included.
