It's time for summer's freshest flavors to be served at a table near you. From zesty to sweet, your taste buds will be in for a delightful treat with a variety of salsas that span the flavor spectrum. For starters, you'll dip into a zingy artichoke salsa. then you'll get a taste of two creative takes on sheet pan nachos. Take one pairs avocado salsa with traditional nacho toppings while take two brings Greek salsa and classic Mediterranean flavors together over a pita-filled plate of goodness. To finish on a sweet note, you'll create a bright and juicy fruit salsa that's quick, easy and even better over a scoop of ice cream. This flavor filled evening is perfect for salsa lovers, snack enthusiast, and creative cooks alike! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
When she was just 18 months old, Amy’s mom woke up to find her in the kitchen “making” cupcakes. Amy was on the right track – pouring dry cake mix into cupcake wrappers she had placed in a muffin tin – but she still had lots to master. And that’s exactly what she did.
Amy’s kitchen now houses an eclectic collection of goodies she’s gathered during 20+ years of working with food-related retailers, categories, and brands. Her weaknesses for Fiesta dinnerware, mixing bowl sets, vintage kitchenware, and cookbooks are prominently displayed there for all the world to see.
Amy’s happy place is in the kitchen – hers and ours. She loves how food brings people together and leaves them with lasting memories. When you see her put an apron on, you know you’re in for a treat.
