Join us for an elegant and flavorful cooking class with Chef Kevin, showing you the art of cooking scallops! Upon arrival there will be delicate fish sashimi, accompanied by a refreshing seaweed salad and a tangy ponzu toasted sesame seeds for added crunch. Paired with a crisp bramble cocktail, the class will then guide you through making classic scallops meunière, followed by pan-seared scallops with roasted corn and chiles for a perfect balance of sweetness and heat. To finish the evening, we’ll indulge in dango, a sweet Japanese rice dumpling treat, completing this culinary journey with a delightful and memorable dessert. Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has A LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion, and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
