with Chef Amanda Arafat of Amanda Makes

Everyone loves a big, warm, savory bowl of ramen noodles so why not come and learn the tricks to making your own with Amanda and the HKS team! Amanda will guide guests on how to make the perfect bowl at home. Start off with crispy tempura fried nori chips while Amanda explains how to make a luscious, low maintenance miso style ramen broth that transforms into a beautiful bowl. Then break loose and make your own- starting with the miso ramen broth. Then work on your knife skills, chopping up all of the fun ramen add-ins like, Chashu pork (pork belly), shiitake mushrooms, and scallions. Top it off with a simmered egg, and the real secret to a ramen bowl-tare (the essence of the soup). This is worlds apart from the old package or ramen noodles! Tickets are priced per person. Recipes will be provided.

*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
