Join Chef Amelia Holaday in the HKS Kitchen for a delightful and interactive crêpe-making class where you’ll learn how to craft the perfect crêpes and irresistible fillings, without any fancy gadgets or equipment! The class will kick off with a refreshing Spring Salad to get your taste buds ready for the fun ahead. Then, you’ll learn how to make the perfect Crêpe Batter and two irresistible fillings that will take your crêpes to the next level – a savory Pesto Caprese and a tangy Lemon Curd. When it’s time to assemble your crepês, you’ll have a Variety of Toppings available to transform your lemon curd into a decadent dessert treat – a Velvety Sweet Cream Cheese Filling, Chocolate Drizzle, Sliced Almonds, and Fresh Berries. And you'll be treated to a Wine Pairing that complements both the savory and sweet flavor profiles. Whether you’re a crêpe newbie or a seasoned pro, this hands-on class will inspire you to create your own custom crêpes. Come hungry, creative, and ready to indulge! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.

*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*

MEET THE CHEF

Growing up in a food-centric family, Amelia Holaday learned the value of community and shared meals early on. This fostered a love for flavors and all things hosting, eventually leading her to open her own restaurant, which operated for several years as a creperie and specialty coffeeshop. During this time Amelia deepened her passion for building connections through food, and found a great amount of fulfilment providing a space for underrepresented communities to gather.

After moving to Northwest Arkansas, she found herself right at home in the Honeycomb kitchen- combining her love of food with planning and organizing has in many ways been a dream job!

A longtime DIY-er and advocate for a simple life, she currently spends most of her free time building out her tiny house, and finding space in 240 square feet to create delicious and nutritious meals on a budget.
