Then you’ll move on to two hearty stick-to-your-bones dishes that showcase true Cajun tradition – rich and creamy Cajun Grits layered with spice and depth and Classic Shrimp Étouffée, simmered to perfection with aromatic vegetables and a deeply seasoned sauce that showcases true Cajun tradition. And be sure to save room on your plate for some Pickled Radishes and Shallots, a dish that adds a tangy, refreshing contrast to the richness of the meal. MEET THE CHEF:

My name is Shaan Choppala, I’m the founder of Cajindian Cuisine. I grew up eating homemade South Indian curry, and I started my business to make it possible for anyone to experience authentic Indian food at home. My sauce has 15 spices and herbs, is gluten free, and has the right balance of heat. I can’t wait to share this experience with you!
