Spend the evening in the HKS Kitchen with Chef Brittany Eddelbuttel as she takes your taste buds on a trip to the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class celebrating classic Greek flavors inspired by the beloved musical Mamma Mia!, showing at the Walton Arts Center April 21-26! The evening will kick off with a refreshing Feta and Mint Dip. It’s creamy and herbaceous with a bright, tangy finish, and it’s perfect for scooping up with warm pita bread. During the class you’ll also learn to make Fluffy Pita Bread, cool, garlicky Tzatziki, and a crisp Greek Salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and feta. All are perfect for serving alongside the main course Chef Brittany with instruct you to create – tender, Marinated Lamb Souvlaki grilled to perfection and bursting with savory, aromatic spices. MEET THE CHEF

Chef Brittany Eddelbuttel, small business owner of Eddelbuttel Nutrition and faculty member at Brightwater, is a Registered Dietitian and holds a master’s degree in human nutrition. Chef Brittany is originally from New South Wales, Australia and has lived in Bentonville for 20 years. Chef Brittany completed her AAS in culinary arts at NWACC, completed her undergraduate degree in dietetics at the University of Arkansas, and competed her Master of Science at the University of Alabama. Brittany enjoys working alongside skilled professionals and being an educator and mentor to both students and the community. Chef Brittany specializes in easy and nutritious meals that anyone can do at home. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, frequenting farmers markets, and dining at local restaurants. Chef Brittany is the owner and founder of Eddelbuttel Nutrition; offering convenient Telehealth nutrition counseling, meal planning, meal preparation, and private cooking lessons.
