Your evening will begin with golden potato latkes served alongside classic apple sauce and tangy sour cream as you sip on a rich and warming port old fashioned. For the main course, you’ll stir up a dish that balances comfort and elegance – velvety pumpkin risotto with savory guanciale – smoked Italian meat – and toasted pecans. Then, to round out the menu of this autumn-inspired feast, you’ll create a vibrant side that features pickled beets, arugula, and a goat cheese crisp. MEET THE CHEF:
Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has a LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well-known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
