Looking to build your sourdough savvy? Then roll into the HKS Kitchen for this class with Chef Kailey and learn to transform your sourdough into a delightfully, sweet treat. Deliciously, your first order of business will be taste testing the duo of appetizers you’ll be treated to – slices of pumpkin and salted caramel brownie sourdough bread. Then you’ll learn some of the science behind sourdough as chef leads you through the how-tos of rolling, filling, and shaping her sourdough to make delicious pumpkin rolls topped with cream cheese frosting to enjoy at the end of class. As the aroma of rolls baking in the oven makes its way through the kitchen, Kailey will guide you in making a take-and-bake dough of your own so you can create another batch of rolls at home. Plus, you will leave with some sourdough starter from Kailey so you can continue your sourdough journey for years to come! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE BAKER:
Kailey Harmon is a Northwest Arkansas native, she began her sourdough journey during a tough season of life and has created the perfect, low stress recipe for any and everyone who wants to make delicious bread from their own home. "I've always had this calling to be a host and have others come into my home. The idea of being able to feed someone or make them a warm meal provides connection and fellowship, something so many desperately need." Kailey owns a micro bakery called Five Arrow Bread Co. and loves baking for Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding areas.
