with Chef Becky Miller, Northwest Arkansas Food Bank Nutrition Education Coordinator
Step into the delightfully macabre world of The Addams Family with Chef Becky Miller in the HKS Kitchen for this whimsically spooky cooking class! This creepy and kooky evening will begin with a Creature from the Deep seaweed and octopus salad that’s as delicious as it is mysterious. Then you’ll move on to the main course – graveyard lentils complete with grubs and coffins, or veggies and tofu if you prefer. For a finish that’s altogether kooky, we’ll make whipped coconut cream and decorate Black Widow Waffles – mini ube waffles with dark, juicy blackberries—an indulgence even Morticia would approve of. Guests will even get to enjoy Chef Becky's Halloween Costume Contest! In addition to being scary good, this class will also be gluten free and dairy free. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 12+ to attend.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
