It’s time to take a walk on the spooky side as Chef Alanna Gergel creeps in to make her debut in the HKS Kitchen. This fun and festive Halloween-themed class is full of tasty treats, so you’ll start with something good to eat – a hauntingly delicious bruschetta topped with friendly ghost-shaped mozzarella and magical sips of butterbeer, inspired by the wizarding world of Harry Potter. From there, things will take an eerie turn – if you dare – as Chef shares her magic potion for making homemade pie dough and filling to create creepy face hand pies with you. For a final trick, you’ll learn to make some not-so-scary, completely yummy treats – homemade Reese’s style candies shaped like bats and pumpkins. If Halloween is your thing, don't be scared to take this class. Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 12+ to attend.

Alanna Gergel is a passionate baker with a love for all things sweet. Specializing in decadent desserts, baked goods, and creative treats, she believes baking should be fun, approachable, and full of flavor. With her background in professional baking for over seven years and a creative eye from her design work, Alanna brings an artistic twist to every dessert she makes and teaches. Her classes are hands-on, welcoming, and designed to help you feel confident creating desserts worth sharing (and definitely worth eating!).
