with Elisha Sewell, founder of Eat It Up Yum!
Craving a helping of hearty comfort food? Then come get cozy in the HKS Kitchen with Chef Elisha Sewell. Your evening will begin with a refreshing appetizer, a chef-made pear and walnut salad that’s a perfect balance of sweet, nutty, and crisp. For the main courses, you’ll start by whipping up a velvety butternut squash soup, brimming with cozy autumn flavors. Then you’ll focus your attention on crafting a toasty BLT like no other made with toasted homemade gluten-free bread, layered with thick-cut bacon, peppery arugula tossed in olive oil and lemon juice, juicy tomatoes sprinkled with flaky salt, and a rich black-garlic aioli. And, of course, there’s more. You’ll finish the class on a sweet note with a gooey, golden s’mores cookie skillet cake served fresh and hot right from the oven. In this class, comfort food is where it’s at. Plus, this class is gluten free and dairy free. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchase a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
