Immerse yourself in the big, coastal flavors of Brazil with Chef Kevin Quinn in this bold Brazilian cooking class that brings together beloved classics and festive flair. We’ll start with crispy, golden Coxinhas—savory Brazilian Chicken Croquettes with a tender, flavorful filling—paired with a refreshing Caipirinha Cocktail, Brazil’s iconic blend of lime, sugar, and cachaça. For the main course, you’ll prepare Moqueca Prawn Stew, a rich and aromatic dish simmered with coconut milk, peppers, and fresh herbs. On the side, enjoy Brazil's warm Chewy Cheese Bread – Pão de Queijo along with a fresh Heart of Palm and Tomato Salad that adds a light, bright contrast to this satisfying and celebratory menu. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.

MEET THE CHEF

Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has a LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well-known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
