with Graham Sloter of Heirloom at the 1907
Join Chef Graham for a bold and bright cooking class that celebrates creative flavor pairings and seasonal ingredients. We'll start with a simple yet addictive appetizer of blistered shishito peppers tossed in lemon oil and dusted with nutritional yeast—a perfect balance of smoky, zesty, and savory. Then, dive into preparing sesame-crusted roasted carrots with a satisfying crunch, followed by a rich, seared pork belly glazed in a tangy-sweet blueberry BBQ sauce. To round out the plate, we’ll toss together a refreshing melon salad with mint, cilantro, and lime—a bright, herbaceous finish to this unforgettable culinary experience. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available. If you purchased a ticket and are unable to attend, please contact us to check our waitlist.*
