Grab your besties and join us for a delightful workshop where you'll create your very own custom heart-shaped charcuterie board. Start the evening indulging in delicious caprese bites and a Valentine's Day French 75 while Mallory shares her expert tips on pairing flavors, selecting the perfect ingredients, and designing a showstopping spread. You’ll also master fun techniques like crafting salami roses and making beautiful rivers that will wow everyone. With a variety of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, and more, you'll have all the ingredients to create a board that’s uniquely yours. So come enjoy an evening alongside Mantha in the HKS kitchen. After the class, take home your gorgeous creation, perfect for sharing with your friends, family, or just enjoying on your own! A University of Arkansas alumna, Mallory Files is the creative mastermind behind Ozark Charcuterie. When she's not busy being a mom to two year old Lucy, Mallory channels her love for styling food and hosting into crafting exquisite charcuterie boards. With a passion for bringing people together over delicious food, Mallory's creations are as visually stunning as they are mouthwateringly delicious.  Join Mallory and embark on a flavorful journey into the world of charcuterie!

MEET THE CO-HOST:

Samantha, a.k.a. Mantha: NWA-Based Food Influencer 
Mantha is a University of Arkansas alumna who has become a well-known food influencer based in Northwest Arkansas. With a following of almost 25,000 people on Instagram, Mantha visits local and regional food establishments and shares her recommendations. She also gives an inside look at brand new restaurants and gives them exposure to her online community. Additionally, she shares her favorite food-related products and lets her followers know where they can find them.
