with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table
Celebrate the vibrant spirit of Frida Kahlo in this immersive cooking class with Helen, where we’ll explore the flavors and colors of Mexican cuisine inspired by the iconic artist herself. Begin with a refreshing bean, radish & cheese salad, paired with a Frida Kahlo cocktail featuring the bold taste of prickly pear. Then, get hands-on as you create chilaquiles, a classic Mexican dish, and chiles stuffed with picadillo in a rich tomato broth—recipes straight from the Frida Kahlo Cookbook. Finally, indulge in a zesty lime sorbet for dessert, rounding out the evening with a taste of Frida’s bold and beautiful culinary world. Tickets are priced per person. Recipes will be provided.
**All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.**
