In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll start with a rich, espresso martini and a savory chef-prepared caramelized brie topped with almonds and cranberries. Then you’ll begin on the main course and main attraction – a show-stopping roasted rack of pork with a tangy apple cider-pepper glaze, grain mustard, and fresh herbs. To round out the meal, you’ll create a comforting warm German-style potato salad that combines bold flavors and hearty textures to deliver an elegant and memorable dining experience. MEET THE CHEF:
Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has a LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well-known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
