To finish off, treat yourself to a refreshing, tropical dessert with homemade pineapple and cilantro paletas that will leave you feeling cool and satisfied. Hi, I’m Elisha! Despite having Hashimoto’s, I have learned how to live a yummy and vibrant life without gluten, grains, or dairy. I live in the Ozarks with my beautiful family.
