We’ll kick things off with a fresh market salad tossed in a tangy blueberry vinaigrette upon arrival, perfectly paired with a refreshing blueberry lemonade. Then, roll up your sleeves as we prepare juicy pork tenderloin filets topped with a rich, house-made blueberry chutney served alongside golden roasted fingerling potatoes. To wrap up the evening enjoy a warm cinnamon blueberry sauce to drizzle over creamy vanilla ice cream—an indulgent yet comforting dessert to end on a high note. It’s a deliciously seasonal experience you won’t want to miss! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
