with Chef Becky Miller, NW Arkansas Food Bank Director of Nutrition

Feeling overwhelmed by the multitude of healthy eating trends and unsure where to begin? Join Chef Becky in the HKS kitchen to uncover the essentials of one of the simplest and most beneficial eating patterns for a long and healthy life. Savor turmeric-spiced chicken skewers as Becky shares easy swaps for adopting an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. During the hands-on segment of the class, you'll learn how to prepare herb marinated salmon with a dairy free creamy dill sauce and wild rice and Greek "salsa" salad. You'll leave the class not only full but also equipped with new insights into one of the most healing dietary patterns. Recipes are included. Tickets are priced per person.

*Plus, this class is gluten and dairy-free!

*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
